摘 要:特殊钢大方坯连铸拉速较低、液面更新迟缓,易引起保护渣熔化不良现象,导致结晶器内液渣供给不足、铸坯表面出现裂纹等缺陷。为揭示不同结晶器流场条件下的保护渣液渣层厚度变化规律,开发了数值仿真计算结晶器内液渣层厚度的方法,即建立三维流场-温度场流场耦合模型,模拟研究不同水口参数下钢液-保护渣间的流动规律,进而基于钢渣界面传热状态,预测不同的水口类型、浸入深度、侧孔倾角和侧孔形状与尺寸下的结晶器液渣层厚度。结果表明,随着侧孔孔数的增加,液渣层厚度逐渐增大;随着水口浸入深度和水口倾角的增大,液渣层厚度逐渐减小;随着水口侧孔形状与尺寸的变化,液渣层厚度随着出水口面积的增大而增大。The low drawing speed and slow updating of liquid level in continuous casting of special steel large square billet are easy to cause bad melting of mold slag,resulting in insufficient supply of liquid slag in the mold and cracks on the surface of the billet.In order to reveal the variation rule of liquid slag layer thickness of mold slag under different mold flow fields,a numerical simulation method for calculating liquid slag layer thickness in mold was developed.Firstly,a three-dimensional flow field-temperature coupling model was established to simulate and study the flow law between molten steel and mold slag under different nozzle parameters.Then,based on the interface heat transfer state of steel slag,the thickness of mold liquid slag layer under different nozzle types,immersion depths,side hole angles and side hole shapes and sizes was predicted.The results show that the thickness of liquid slag layer increases gradually with the increase of the number of side pores.With the increase of dip depth and dip angle,the thickness of liquid slag layer decreases gradually.With the change of the shape and size of the orifice side,the thickness of the liquid slag layer increases with the increase of the outlet area.
