摘 要:山东为湿地大省,为充分发掘湿地微生物所蕴藏的生防潜力,以耐药灰霉菌为靶标,从山东省内14处湿地累计分离到具拮抗作用的生防菌143株,其中拮抗作用较强的包括5株解淀粉芽孢杆菌、4株枯草芽孢杆菌以及较为少见的沙福芽孢杆菌、南海芽孢杆菌各1株。选择对灰霉菌菌丝生长抑制力最强的解淀粉芽孢杆菌JQ-3,初步调查其防病促生作用,发现该菌能较好地预防葡萄果实感染灰霉病,在花生幼苗盆栽试验中表现出对白绢病的预防作用,并能促进幼苗根系生长。综上得出,山东湿地蕴藏着较丰富的生防微生物资源,本研究分离得到的解淀粉芽孢杆菌JQ-3可用于功能菌剂的开发。The aim of this study was to investigate the potential of biocontrol bacteria from wetlands in Shandong province.143 biocontrol strains against Botrytis cinerea were isolated from 14 distinct wetlands in Shandong province.Among the strains identified,five were of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,four were Bacillus subtilis,one was Bacillus safensis and one was Bacillus nanhaiensis.These strains exhibited a significant antagonistic effect on Botrytis cinerea.Among the strains,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens JQ-3 showed the most pronounced inhibitory effect on the growth of Botrytis cinerea,demonstrating the potential to prevent grape from being infected with Botrytis cinerea.In the pot experiment,it showed an evident control effect against Sclerotium rolfsii,while also promoting root growth of peanut seedlings.In conclusion,the wetlands in Shandong province represents a promising source of biocontrol microbial resources,and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens JQ-3 could be further developed into a functional bacterial fertilizer.
