摘　　要：针对二氧化硅消光粉在紫外光固化涂料中分散差的问题,制备了一种聚醚胺接枝聚己内酯梳状超分散剂(PEA-PCL),利用红外光谱、核磁氢谱和凝胶渗透色谱对PEA-PCL进行了结构表征。将PEA-PCL加入含有二氧化硅消光粉的光固化涂料中,制备得到光固化哑光涂层。PEA-PCL中柔性的聚醚胺主链以及突出于主链的叔胺基团有利于超分散剂对消光粉颗粒的吸附,同时,较高的聚己内酯链段密度也有助于提高空间位阻作用。当合成聚醚胺主链的1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚与N,N-二甲基乙二胺的物质的量比为1∶0.8,侧链聚己内酯的聚合度为20时,得到的梳状超分散剂(PEA 1∶0.8-PCL20)对消光粉分散效果最优。当PEA 1∶0.8-PCL20的投入量为消光粉质量的10%时,光固化涂料呈现出牛顿流体特征,刮板细度为(23±0.5)μm,涂料的流平性能得到提升,且光固化涂层的断裂伸长率、拉伸强度以及涂层的透光率和光泽度均有所提升。In order to address the issue of inadequate dispersion of silica matting powder in UV-curable coatings,a polycaprolactonegrafted poly(ether amine)comb hyperdispersants(PEA-PCL)was synthesized.The obtained PEA-PCL were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic hydrogen spectroscopy,and gel permeation chromatography.The obtained PEA-PCL was added into the UV curable coating containing silica matting agent,and the matte coating were cured by UV irradiation.The flexible polyetheramine backbone in the PEA-PCL and the tertiary amine group protruding from the PEA backbone were favorable for the hyperdispersant to adsorb the matting agent.At the same time,with the increase of density of the polycaprolactone chain segment,the spatial site resistance was improved.When the molar ratio of 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether to N,N-dimethylethylenediamine in the synthesis of the polyether amine main chain was 1∶0.8,and the side-chain polycaprolactone had a polymerization degree of 20,the resulting comb-shaped hyperdispersant(PEA 1∶0.8-PCL20)showed the best dispersion effect on matting agent.When the addition amount of PEA 1∶0.8-PCL20 was 10%of the matting agent mass,UV curable coating showed a Newtonian fluid characteristic,and the leveling performance was improved,with a squeegee fineness of(23±0.5)μm.In addition,the elongation at break,tensile strength,light transmission,and gloss of the UV light cured coating were also enhanced.
