摘  要:随着纳米材料与生物科技的快速发展,微电子电路、微流体设备、纳米生物医学等领域的发展突飞猛进,迫切需要高灵敏度的荧光温敏材料。得益于稀土/过渡金属离子独特的电子能级结构,稀土/过渡金属离子掺杂的无机材料可实现覆盖紫外、可见及近红外光谱范围的上转换或下转移发光,具有荧光发射谱带可调、荧光寿命长、耐光漂白及热稳定性高等优点成为一类重要的荧光温敏材料,近年来取得了一系列重要的研究进展。本文首先介绍了荧光测温技术的分类、主要测温性能参数以及稀土/过渡金属离子掺杂无机荧光温敏材料的研究进展,然后阐述了稀土/过渡金属离子掺杂无机荧光温敏材料在提升测温灵敏度、拓展测温区间及提高测温精确度三方面的发展策略,最后总结并展望了稀土/过渡金属离子掺杂无机荧光温敏材料的发展趋势。With the rapid development of nanomaterials and biotechnology,the great progress of microelectronic circuits,microfluidic devices and nano-biomedicines brings about the increasing demands on fluorescent thermosensitive materials.Benefiting from the unique electronic energy levels of rare earth ions,rare earth/transition metal ions doped inorganic materials can achieve upconversion or down-shifting luminescence covering the ultraviolet,visible and near-infrared spectral ranges.With tunable fluorescence emission band,long fluorescence lifetime,non-light bleaching and highly thermal stability,they have been an important class of fluorescent thermo-sensitive materials and have made a series of important research advances in recent years.In this review,we firstly introduce classification of fluorescent thermometry,main parameters of thermometric performance and the research progress of fluorescent thermo-sensitive materials,including three types of thermo-sensitive materials based on fluorescence intensity ratio,fluorescence lifetime and other fluorescent performance parameters,and then elaborate the development strategies of fluorescent thermo-sensitive materials in three aspects:improving temperature sensing sensitivity,expanding temperature sensing range and improving temperature sensing accuracy.Finally,the development trend of rare earth/transition metal ions doped inorganic fluorescent thermo-sensitive materials is summarized and prospected.
