摘  要:采用溶液燃烧法制备了固体氧化物燃料电池阴极材料Sr_(2-x)Pr_(x)Fe_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)O_(6-δ)(x=0~0.1),对其相结构、电化学性能及其与电解质材料的化学稳定性和热相容性进行了研究。结果表明,Sr_(2-x)Pr_(x)Fe_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)O_(6-δ)阴极材料具有典型的双钙钛矿结构,与电解质材料Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.2)O_(1.9)之间具有较好的化学稳定性;适量掺杂Pr不但可以改善电极与电解质材料的热膨胀匹配性,而且可以提高Sr_(2-x)Pr_(x)Fe_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)O_(6-δ)的电导率并降低其极化电阻;Sr_(1.95)Pr_(0.05)Fe_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)O_(6-δ)的电导率在450℃可达到最大值32.0 S·cm^(-1),同时具有最低的极化电阻0.266Ω·cm^(2)。Sr_(2-x)Pr_(x)Fe_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)O_(6-δ)可以用作一种潜在的固体氧化物燃料电池阴极材料。Cathode material of Sr_(2-x)Pr_(x)Fe_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)O_(6-δ)(x=0~0.1)for solid oxide fuel cells(SOFCs)was prepared by solution combustion method.Its phase structure,electrochemical properties,chemical stability and thermal compatibility with electrolyte materials were studied.The results show that Sr_(2-x)Pr_(x)Fe_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)O_(6-δ)has a typical double-perovskite structure when Sr element in Sr_2Fe_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)O_(6) is partially replaced by Pr.There is a good chemical stability and a thermal expansion compatibility between Sr_(2-x)Pr_(x) Fe_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)O_(6-δ)cathode and Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.2)O_(1.9)electrolyte.The conductivity of Sr_(2-x)Pr_(x) Fe_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)O_(6-δ)can be improved while the polarization resistance is reduced by doping with appropriate amount of Pr.The conductivity of Sr_(1.95)Pr_(0.05)Fe_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)O_(6-δ)can reach the maximum value of 32.0 S·cm^(-1)at 450℃,while having the lowest polarization resistance of 0.266Ω·cm^(2).Therefore,Sr_(2-x)Pr_(x)Fe_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)O_(6-δ)can be used as a potential cathode material for medium temperature solid oxide fuel cells.
