摘  要:采用固相合成法制备了(Sm_(1-x)Er_(x))_(2)(Zr_(0.7)Ti_(0.3))_(2)O_(7)(x=0,0.2,0.4)陶瓷材料,研究其物相结构及热物理性能。结果表明:(Sm_(1-x)Er_(x))_(2)(Zr_(0.7)Ti_(0.3))_(2)O_(7)(x=0,0.2,0.4)陶瓷材料均为单一立方烧绿石结构,晶格常数随Er^(3+)掺杂量的增加而降低。掺杂Er_(2)O_(3)可显著降低Sm_(2)(Zr_(0.7)Ti_(0.3))_(2)O_(7)陶瓷材料的热导率,屏蔽热辐射,减缓高温下热导率异常上升的趋势。Er^(3+)部分取代Sm^(3+)导致陶瓷材料的热膨胀系数从11.52 K^(-1)降低到10.89 K^(-1),但仍与YSZ陶瓷材料的热膨胀系数接近,满足热障涂层材料的应用要求。In this work,the(Sm_(1-x)Er_(x))_(2)(Zr_(0.7)Ti_(0.3))_(2)O_(7)(x=0,0.2,0.4)ceramics were prepared by a solid reaction method,and their phase structures and thermophysical properties were studied.The results indicate that(Sm_(1-x)Er_(x))_(2)(Zr_(0.7)Ti_(0.3))_(2)O_(7) ceramics are composed of the single pyrochlore structure,the lattice constant decreases with the increase of Er^(3+)doping amount.The introduction of Er_(2)O_(3) can significantly reduce the thermal conductivity of Sm_(2)(Zr_(0.7)Ti_(0.3))_(2)O_(7) ceramic,and Er_(2)O_(3) can shield thermal radiation and slow down the trend of abnormal increase of thermal conductivity at high temperature.The partial substitution of Er^(3+)for Sm^(3+)results in a decreased thermal expansion coefficient,which is reduced from 11.52 to 10.89 K^(-1).However,the thermal expansion coefficients of(Sm_(1-x)Er_(x))_(2)(Zr_(0.7)Ti_(0.3))_(2)O_(7) ceramics are still close to that of YSZ ceramics,meeting the application requirements of thermal barrier coatings.
