摘 要:采用空气喷涂工艺在粘结NdFeB磁环表面制备锌铝/环氧树脂(ZnAl-ER)复合涂层。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)和3D激光共聚焦扫描显微镜(LCSM)对涂层形貌结构、化学成分进行了表征。ZnAl涂层表面为层状结构,孔隙率高、粗糙度大。经过ER涂层的复合,ER渗透到ZnAl涂层孔隙中,可以有效地填补ZnAl表面的凹坑与孔隙,复合涂层表面粗糙度降低。ZnAl-ER涂层具有较好的腐蚀防护效果,其表面氧化速率明显降低。耐蚀性能研究表明,ZnAl-ER/NdFeB的耐中性盐雾(NSS)时长达到240 h,腐蚀电流密度较NdFeB磁环降低了约1个数量级。并且,所制备的涂层对粘结NdFeB磁环的磁性能影响较小。ZnAl/epoxy resin(ZnAl-ER)composite coating was prepared on the surface of bonded NdFeB magnetic rings by air spraying.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and 3D laser confocal scanning microscopy(LCSM)were used to characterize the morphology,structure and chemical composition of the coating.The surface of ZnAl coating is layered structure with high porosity and large roughness.After compounded with ER coating,ER penetrates into the pores of ZnAl coating,which can effectively fill the pits and pores on the surface of ZnAl and reduce the surface roughness of composite coating.ZnAl-ER coating has good corrosion protection effect,and its surface oxidation rate is significantly reduced.The corrosion resistance study shows that the neutral salt spray(NSS)time of ZnAl-ER/NdFeB is 240 h,and the corrosion current density is about one order of magnitude lower than that of NdFeB magnetic ring.Moreover,the prepared coating has little effect on the magnetic properties of bonded NdFeB magnetic rings.
