摘 要:利用喷雾热解工艺,以氧氯化锆、稀土萃取分离液氯化铈为原料,柠檬酸为助剂,制备了含碳铈锆复合氧化物前驱体,经二次焙烧后成功制备出低氯且具有中空结构、比表面积为22.8~36.3 m^(2)·g^(-1)的铈锆复合氧化物。对制备出的样品用X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和比表面积分析(BET)进行了表征。FESEM分析结果显示样品的厚度随着柠檬酸摩尔比的增加逐渐变薄。BET分析结果显示样品的比表面积在铈锆-柠檬酸的摩尔比中存在最大值,在摩尔比为1∶1.5时比表面积达到最大值,为36.3 m^(2)·g^(-1)左右,制备的微泡中空结构颗粒尺寸在1.1~11.3μm之间,可为稀土萃取分离液直接制备稀土材料的短流程绿色制备工艺提供参考。Cerium-zirconium solid solution has shown excellent properties in various functional materials,and has become one of the hot spots in the preparation of high-performance materials at present;There are many preparation methods of cerium-zirconium solid solution,and the reported preparation methods have their own advantages and disadvantages.Spray pyrolysis simplifies the preparation process,reduces the cost and is beneficial to industrial application.Cerium-zirconium composite oxide precursor containing carbon was prepared by spray pyrolysis with zirconia chloride and cerium chloride as raw materials and citric acid as auxiliary.After secondary calcination,cerium-zirconium composite oxide with low chlorine,hollow structure and specific surface area of 22.8~36.3 m^(2)·g^(-1)was successfully prepared.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and specific surface area analysis(BET).The results of FESEM show that the thickness of the samples becomes thinner with the increase of the molar ratio of citric acid.BET analysis results show that the specific surface area of the sample has a maximum value in the molar ratio of cerium-zirconium-citric acid,and reaches the maximum value when the molar ratio is 1∶1.5,which is about 36.3 m^(2)·g^(-1).The particle size of the prepared microbubble hollow structure is between 1.1 and 11.3μm.
