摘  要:在智能制造环境中,汽车生产车间智能停线系统至关重要。在汽车生产过程中,停线事件会导致生产线的停滞,影响生产效率和产品质量。智能停线系统可以实时监测生产线的运行状态,及时发现并处理停线事件,提高生产效率和产品质量。停线事件也会导致生产线上的工人和设备闲置,增加生产成本。智能停线系统通过实时监测和预测,提前发现潜在的停线风险,采取相应的措施避免停线事件的发生,可降低生产成本。随着汽车市场的竞争日益激烈,消费者对汽车的质量和性能要求越来越高。智能停线系统可以提高生产线的稳定性和可靠性,满足市场需求。智能制造是未来制造业的发展方向,智能停线系统作为智能制造的重要组成部分,可以推动汽车制造业向智能化、自动化、数字化方向发展。In an intelligent manufacturing environment,the intelligent line stop system for automobileproductionworkshop iscrucial.In the process of automobileproduction,line stopevents can lead toproduction line shutdown,affecting production efficiency and productquality.The intelligent line stop system can monitor the operating status of the production line in real time,detect and deal with line stop events in a timelymanner,and improveproduction efficiency and productquality.Line stop events can also lead to idleworkers and equipment on the production line,increasing production costs.Theintelligent line stop system,through real-time monitoring and prediction,detects potential line stop risks in advance and takes appropriate measures to avoid line stop events,whichreduces production costs.With the increasingly fierce competition in the automobilemarket,consumers havehigher requirements for the quality and performanceof automobiles.The intelligent line stop system can improve the stability and reliabilityof production lines tomeet the marketdemand.Intelligentmanufacturing is the futuredevelopment direction of the manufacturing industry,and as an important part of intelligent manufacturing,the intelligent line stop system can promote the development of automobile manufacturing industry towards Intelligentization,automationanddigitalization.
