摘  要:液力传动或静压传动推土机的传动效率低,发动机经济性差,油耗高,而且大功率推土机中的发动机、液力变矩器及变速器等关键零部件成本较高。对某液力传动推土机进行混动方案研究,并借助AVLCruise M软件进行混动方案经济性分析。通过分析发现,基于典型路谱的情况下,电驱动的方案的发动机工况落点明显优于传统液力传动方案的工况落点,油耗显著降低。Hydrodynamic or hydrostatic drive dozers have low transmission efficiency,poor engine economy,highfuel consumption,and high costs ofkey components such as engines,torqueconverters and transmissions forhigh-powerdozers.The hybrid scheme is studied for a hydrodynamic drive dozer,and software AVLCruiseM is used to analyzethe economy of the hybrid scheme.Through analysis,it is found that,based on thetypical road spectrum,the electric drive scheme is significantly better than the original hydrodynamic drive scheme in terms of engine operating point,and the fuel consumption is greatly reduced.
