摘 要:为追求高功率密度设计,航空减速器机匣常采用轻质材料,且壁厚较薄,导致机匣呈现较大的柔性,并且各轴承座的刚度也具有较大的差异性。通过建立简支柔性支承齿轮啮合仿真模型,研究支承刚度对齿轮啮合的影响。研究表明,对称支承下,支承刚度对齿轮啮合错位量、传动误差和接触印痕的影响较小;而非对称支承下,支承刚度对齿轮啮合错位量、传动误差和接触印痕的影响显著。研究结果可为航空发动机减速器机匣的设计提供指导。To pursue high powerdensity design,aircraft reducer casings are often made of lightweight materials with thin wall thickness,resulting in greater flexibility of the casing.The stiffness of each bearing seat also has a large difference.By establishing a simulation model of simplysupported flexible bearing gear meshing,the influence of bearing stiffness on gear meshing is studied.The study shows that,for symmetric bearings,the influence of bearing stiffness on the gear meshing misalignment,transmission error and contact pattern is small,while for asymmetric bearings,the influence of bearing stiffness on the gear meshing misalignment,transmission error and contact pattern is significant.The study results can provide guidance for the design of reducer casings ofaircraftengines.
