摘 要:以某铁路隧道工程为依托,研究明挖隧道马蹄形断面衬砌台车的应力特征。利用数值计算软件模拟明挖隧道马蹄形断面衬砌台车受力的全过程,通过自动化测量及数据采集仪监测台车在工作过程中的各结构应力关键值。研究结果表明:台车整体应力最大值出现在外模顶部立柱处,最小值出现在门架主体;混凝土浇筑过程中,结构应力显现顺序呈现“先两边、后中间”的规律,应力值呈现“上下大、中间小”的规律,混凝土凝固过程中应力基本不变。Based on a railway tunnel project,the stress characteristics of the horseshoe section lining trolley in the open cut tunnel are studied.Numerical calculation software is used to simulate the whole process of lining trolley under stress in the horseshoe section of the open cut tunnel,and the key structural stress values of the trolley during operation are monitored by automated measurement and data acquisition instrument.The research results show that,the maximum value of the overall stress of the trolley appears at the top column of the outer mould,and the minimum value appears at the main body of the portal frame.In the process of concrete pouring,the appearance sequence of the structural stress follows a pattern of"first on two sides and then in the middle",the stress values follow a pattern of"high at upper and lower and low in the middle",and the stress remains basically unchanged in the process of concrete solidification.
