摘 要:旋挖钻机是建筑机械行业常用的施工设备,施工工况较恶劣,其结构的稳定性直接影响施工的质量和进度。重庆、四川、广东、山东等地市场对性能强劲、使用便捷的大型旋挖钻机需求旺盛。基于有限元仿真方法,对现有几种大型旋挖钻机下车结构进行受力分析,根据其应力应变结果提出后续设计方案。Rotary drilling rigs are commonly used construction equipment in the construction machinery industry,with harsh construction conditions,and their structural stability directly affects the quality and progress of construction.There is a strong demand for large rotary drilling rigs with strong performance and easy operation in the markets such as Chongqing,Sichuan,Guangdong and Shandong.Based on the finite element simulation method,stress analysis is carried out on the understructures of several existing large rotary drilling rigs,and subsequent design scheme is proposed based on the stress-strain results.
