摘　　要：喷嘴的雾化角度、扇面均匀性等性能指标对于沥青洒布车喷洒质量起决定性作用,为针对性地测试沥青洒布车喷嘴的喷洒性能,设计一种沥青洒布车喷嘴喷洒性能测试装置。该装置通过设置搅拌装置和黏度计便于利用多种机械油配制不同黏度的喷洒介质,利用高度调整装置实现喷嘴在不同高度下的喷洒,并且设置除雾装置,具备自动除雾和联动拍照功能,能够较好地满足沥青洒布车喷嘴的性能测试试验要求。The performance indicators such as atomization angle and fan uniformity of the nozzle play a decisive role in the spraying quality of the bituminous binder spreader.To test the spraying performance of the bituminous binder spreadernozzle in atargeted manner,a test device for the spraying performance of thebituminous binder spreader nozzle is designed.The device is equippedwitha mixing deviceand a viscometerto facilitate the use of various mechanical oils toblend with spraying media with different viscosities,uses a height adjustment device to achieve spraying of the nozzle at different heights,sets a demistingdevice,has the functions of automatic demisting and interaction photographing,and can bettermeet theperformance test requirements of the bituminous binder spreader nozzle.
