摘　　要：探讨质量控制图在钢铁材料碳含量测定中的应用。对GBW01307低合金钢质控样品的30组测量结果进行正态性检验及正确度检验,计算平均值、标准偏差,得到中心线、警戒限、行动限,建立X控制图、I控制图、R控制图和MR控制图4种质量控制图。结果表明,质量控制图可直观评价钢铁中碳含量检测的准确性和稳定性,适用于实验室常规检测项目的过程质量控制。The application of quality control charts in the determination of carbon content in steel materials is explored.The normality tests and correctness tests are carried out on 30 sets of measurement results of GBW01307 low-alloy steel quality control samples,the mean value and standard deviation are calculated to obtain the center line,warning limit and action limit,and four quality control charts including X control chart,I control chart,MR control chart and MR control chart are established.The results show that quality control charts can intuitively evaluate the accuracy and stabilityof testing of carbon content in steel and are applicable to processquality control of routinetesting items in thelaboratory.
