摘　　要：目的:分析近30年中药象思维研究概况。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)和万方数据库(Wanfang Database)建库至2022年所收录的中药领域“象思维”相关文献,通过CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对发文作者、机构、期刊及关键词进行分析,并对结果可视化。结果:共纳入文献266篇,发文量呈现逐年增长趋势,主要发表于《中华中医药杂志》《时珍国医国药》等期刊;发文较多的作者是王永炎、朋汤义、梁永林等,发文量≥10篇的机构有3个,其中北京中医药大学发文最多(18篇)。关键词分析显示,2020年之后药性理论、功效、应用等关键词研究较多,表明象思维在中药学的教学过程中应用日益增多。结论:象思维与中药名称、药性理论及功效应用的关系非常密切,正确运用象思维对理解中药药性理论、功效及应用意义深远。Objective:To analyze the research situation of Chinese medicine Xiang thinking in the past 30 years.Method:The literatures related to"Xiang-thinking"in the field of traditional Chinese medicine collected from CNKI and Wanfang Database from the beginning till 2022 were retrieved.The authors,institutions,journals and keywords were analyzed by CiteSpace and VOSviewer software,and the results were visualized.Result:A total of 266 articles were included,and the number of publications showed an increasing trend year by year,mainly published in journals such as Chinese Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine,SHIZHEN GUOYI GUOYAO.The authors with more papers were Wang Yongyan,Peng Tangyi,Liang Yonglin and so on.There were 3 institutions with more than 10 papers,among which Beijing University of Chinese Medicine published the most(18 papers).Keyword analysis showed that after 2020,there were more research on the theory,efficacy and application of medicinal properties,indicating that Xiang thinking was more and more applied in the teaching process of Chinese materia medica.Conclusion:Xiang thinking is closely related to the name of traditional Chinese medicine,the theory of medicinal properties and the application of efficacy.The correct application of Xiang thinking is of far-reaching significance for understanding the theory,efficacy and application of traditional Chinese medicine.
