摘 要:为保证眼压(IOP)获取的实时性、准确性和易操作性,基于电感电容(LC)串联谐振原理,提出一种非侵入式的柔性LC眼压传感器,具有可穿戴性.传感器采用一种基于软光刻和热塑成型的微通道液态金属注入的制备方法,应变单元是由液态金属制成的电感线圈,极大提高了传感器灵敏度和佩戴舒适度.同时设计了一种专用于该眼压传感器的信号采集装置,包括扫频信号发生电路、幅值相位检测电路、单片机控制单元和读取线圈.通过读取线圈与眼压传感器的耦合,采用幅值相位检测电路得到耦合之后的等效阻抗实部最大值,从而得到传感器的谐振频率.实验测试结果表明:非侵入式眼压监测系统在眼压监测方面达到了467.3 Hz/Pa的灵敏度,且得到系统的眼压测量精度为±0.2 kPa,满足测量要求.To ensure the real-time,accuracy and ease of operation of intraocular pressure(IOP)acquisition,a non-invasive flexible inductance capacitance(LC)intraocular pressure sensor with wearability was proposed based on the LC series resonance principle.The sensor adopted a preparation method of microchannel liquid metal injection based on soft lithography and thermoplastic molding,and the strain unit was an inductive coil made of liquid metal,which greatly improved the sensitivity of the sensor and wearing comfort.Meanwhile,a signal acquisition device dedicated to this intraocular pressure sensor was designed,including a swept signal generation circuit,an amplitude-phase detection circuit,a microcontroller control unit and a reading coil.Through the coupling of the reading coil and the intraocular pressure sensor,the amplitude-phase detection circuit was used to obtain the real maximum value of the equivalent impedance after coupling,so as to obtain the resonant frequency of the sensor.Experimental tests results show that the non-invasive IOP monitoring system achieves a sensitivity of 467.3 Hz/Pa,and the IOP measurement accuracy of the system is obtained to be±0.2 kPa,which could satisfy the measurement requirements.
