摘 要:以9311为对照(CK),对11份新选育的籼型水稻恢复系进行秧苗素质和产量比较分析。结果表明,与CK相比,恢复系7W1207、8W227、R1353的壮苗指数高、秧苗素质好且发根力强,即具有较高的株高、茎基宽、叶龄、单株叶面积、根干重、根冠比、发根数、发根最长根长和发根平均根长。与CK相比,除6W1844、7W1519外,其他9个恢复系的单株产量显著提高且增产明显;相关分析表明,单株产量与壮苗指数、发根力分别呈极显著、显著正相关。因此,建议在水稻恢复系选育中将壮苗指数、发根力作为强优恢复系前期筛选的重要指标,秧苗素质好、发根力强、单株产量高的7W1207、8W227、R1353等3个恢复系可在今后的育种中加以利用。Using 9311 as the control(CK),the seedling quality and yield of 11 new indica rice restorer lines were compared and analyzed.The results showed that compared with CK,three restorer lines of 7W1207,8W227 and R1353 had high strong-seedling index,good seedling quality and strong rooting ability with higher values in plant height,stem base width,leaf age,leaf area per plant,root dry weight,root shoot ratio,root number,maximum root length and average root length.Compared with CK,except 6W1844 and 7W1519,the other nine restorer lines had a significantly higher yield per plant.Correlation analysis showed that the yield per plant was very significantly and significantly positively correlated with strong-seedling index and rooting ability,respectively.Therefore,during the breeding of restorer lines,the strong-seedling index and rooting ability can be used as important indicators for the early screening of strong restorer lines.Three restorer lines of 7W1207,8W227 and R1353 with good seedling quality,strong rooting ability and high yield per plant can be used for breeding in future.
