摘　　要：为提升广播节目安全播出能力,真正实现零垫播播出,设计一个广播制播预警系统,并介绍系统的功能和研发思路。广播电台借助该系统能够从以往的“被动等待”转变为“主动预防”,进一步实现智慧运维,将安全播出落到实处。To enhance the safe broadcasting capability of radio programs and truly achieve zero padding broadcasting,design a radio production and broadcasting warning system,and introduce the system’s functions and research and development ideas.With the help of this system,radio stations can transform from passive waiting to active prevention,further realizing intelligent operation and maintenance,and implementing safe broadcasting in practice.
