摘 要:核磁共振技术(Nuclear Magnetic Resonance,NMR)是一项具有选择性和非入侵性的化学结构分析手段。而由太赫兹波驱动的动态核极化增强核磁共振技术(Dynamic Nuclear Polarization-Nuclear Magnetic Resonance,DNP-NMR)能够大幅提高核磁共振波谱信号灵敏度并能够数量级缩短检测时间,在材料、化学和生物等众多领域显示出广阔的应用前景。该论文主要介绍了基于自主研制的驱动源太赫兹回旋管和太赫兹传输线搭建的动态核极化增强核磁共振系统,实验测试过程及结果,结果表明在该系统下通过263 GHz辐射源的驱动下,核磁共振信号实现353倍增强,所获得的实验结果已接近国际领先水平。我国在该领域的相关实验研究还处于起步阶段,该论文的研究内容对国内进行基于太赫兹波驱动的动态核极化增强核磁实验及系统设备国产化具有一定的指导意义。Nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)is a selective and non-invasive method for chemical structure analysis.The dynamic nuclear polarization-nuclear magnetic resonance(DNP-NMR)technology driven by terahertz waves can greatly improve the sensitivity of NMR spectrum signals and reduce the detection time by orders of magnitude,which shows broad application prospects in many fields such as materials,chemistry,and biology.A DNP-NMR system based on self-developed terahertz gyrotron driving source and terahertz transmission line is introduced.The experimental testing process and results show that under the driving of a 263GHz radiation source,the NMR signal is enhanced by 353 times,and the experimental results obtained are close to the international leading level.The relevant experimental research in this field is still in initial stage in China.The research has certain guiding significance for the domestic experiment of DNP-NMR driven by terahertz wave and the localization of system equipment.
