摘  要:频率可调太赫兹回旋管在太赫兹增强核磁共振等方面有广泛的应用。论文对自研的频率可调基波太赫兹回旋管、频率可调谐波太赫兹回旋管,以及多模频率可调太赫兹回旋管做了详细介绍。发展的频率可调太赫兹回旋管最高工作频率为660 GHz,连续波功率百瓦量级。基于自研的频率可调太赫兹回旋管和大功率太赫兹传输线,实现了太赫兹增强核磁共振系统,对1 H实现了350倍灵敏度增强,对13 C实现了88倍灵敏度增强。Frequency-tunable terahertz gyrotrons have a wide range of applications in terahertz enhanced nuclear magnetic resonance(DNP NMR)and other fields.The self-developed frequency-tunable fundamental cyclotron harmonic terahertz gyrotrons,the second cyclotron harmonic terahertz gyrotrons,and multi-mode cyclotron harmonic terahertz gyrotrons are introduced in details.The highest operating frequency of the gyrotrons is 660 GHz,and the continuous-wave output power is at the level of 100 watts.Based on the self-developed frequency-tunable terahertz gyrotrons and high-power terahertz transmission lines,a terahertz enhanced NMR system is developed.The preliminary experimental results are obtained with the sensitivity enhancement of 350 for 1H and 88 for 13C.
