摘 要:数字化转型是数字时代企业发展壮大的必然选择,也是企业提高自身竞争力的客观要求。企业实现数字化转型面临多方面挑战,具体表现为:企业数字化转型的复杂性较高、企业数字化转型的人才匮乏、企业数字化转型的认识不够、企业数字化转型的资金短缺。但党和国家目前关于数字化发展的部署、我国数字化基础设施的不断完善及良好的发展格局,也为企业数字化转型提供了良好机遇。企业应抓住这些机遇,结合发展实际循序渐进推进转型、加强数字化技术人才的培养和供给、提高对数字化转型认识把握时代机遇、提供政策性支持缓解企业成本压力。Digital transformation is an inevitable choice for the development and growth of enterprises in the digital era and also an objective requirement for enterprises to improve their competitiveness.Enterprises face many challenges in achieving digital transformation,including the high complexity of enterprise digital transformation,a scarcity of skilled talent for enterprise digital transformation,inadequate comprehension of enterprise digital transformation,and a shortage of funds for enterprise digital transformation.However,the current deployment of digital development by the Party and the country,the continuous improvement of China's digital infrastructure and a good development pattern also provide good opportunities for enterprise digital transformation.Enterprises should seize these opportunities,gradually promote transformation in line with actual development,strengthen the training and supply of digital technology talents,improve their understanding of digital transformation,and seize the opportunities of the times.Policy support should be provided to enterprises to alleviate their cost pressure.
