摘　　要：近些年来,环境保护的关注度越来越高,已经不仅仅是一个简单的环境问题,而是影响到人类生产生活的方方面面。环境保护不是某个单一国家的问题,而是全人类共同的问题。面对全球环境问题,国际环境法已经是国际法中发展最迅速的部分之一,并且环境保护已经深刻影响到了国际经贸规则的发展。环境保护在自由贸易协定和投资保护协定中都已经是重要的核心关切条款。东道国与投资者之间基于环境保护而引发的争端也在不断上升。近年来,我国对外签订的双边投资保护协定中,环境保护条款也已经成为必备的核心条款。正是基于这一趋势,加强对环境保护条款对国际投资法影响的研究,具有重要的学术和实践价值,《国际投资协定中环境保护义务与投资保护义务的冲突与融合》一书正是这一大背景之下出现的佳作。In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to environmental protection,which is not only a simple environmental problem,but also affects all aspects of human life.Environmental protection is not a single country's problem,but the common problem of all mankind.In the face of global environmental problems,international environmental law has been one of the most rapidly developing parts of international law,and environmental protection has deeply affected the development of international economic and trade rules.Environmental protection has been an important core concerm in both free trade agreements and investment protection agreements.Disputes between host countries and investors based on environmental protection are also on the rise.In recent years,"Sino-us investment protection agreement","China-EU comprehensive investment agreement"and other texts all include environmental protection provisions.In our foreign bilateral investment protection agreements,environmental protection provisions have also become essential core provisions.Based on this trend,it is of great academic and practical value to strengthen the research on the impact of environmental protection provisions on international investment law,"The conflict and integration of environmental protection obligations and investment protection obligations in international investment agreements"is just a good work under this background.
