数字经济背景下的跨境电商人才培养实践研究

摘　　要：数字经济是互联网时代衍生出的一种新型的经济形态,在数字经济背景下我国的外贸活动也开始朝着数字经济的方向发展,跨境电商的发展规模越来越大,对我国传统经济的改革和转型起到了非常重要的推动作用。跨境电商的发展规模扩大之后,对该领域人才的需求量也越来越大,尤其是复合型的跨境电商人才。然而,跨境电商领域在人才培养方面仍然存在一些不足,必须充分认识到跨境电商人才培养的重要性,积极探索全新的培养路径,才能为该领域的发展提供人才支撑。基于此,文章重点对我国跨境电商的发展现状进行分析,探索了跨境电商对人才的需求,进一步提出了如何在数字经济背景下培养跨境电商人才的实现路径,希望能够为相关领域的理论研究提供更多的参考依据。Digital economy is a new economic form derived from the Internet era.In the context of the digital economy,China's foreign trade activities have also begun to develop in the direction of the digital economy.The development scale of cross-border e-commerce is getting larger and larger,which has played a very important role in promoting the reform and transformation of China's traditional economy.After the development scale of cross-border e-commerce has expanded,the demand for talents in this field is also increasing,especially compound cross-border e-commerce talents.However,there are still some deficiencies in the field of cross-border e-commerce in terms of talent cultivation,and we must fully recognize the importance of cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation and actively explore new training paths in order to provide talent support for the development of this field.Based on this,this paper focuses on the analysis of the development status of cross-border e-commerce in China,explores the demand for talents in cross-border e-commerce,and further proposes how to cultivate cross-border e-commerce talents in the context of digital economy,hoping to provide more reference for theoretical research in related fields.
