摘　　要：黄杉(Pseudotsuga sinensis)是松科(Pinaceae)黄杉属(Pseudotsuga)常绿乔木,野生资源数量急剧下降,被列为国家Ⅱ级重点保护野生植物。为给具有良好发展潜力的该珍贵树种利用和保护提供参考,我们在国家秦岭植物园进行了陕西省黄杉资源调查和种子育苗技术研究与总结。结果为,镇坪县是黄杉在陕西省的唯一分布点,与马尾松(Pinus massoniana)、栎类等形成混交林,面积约3.3 hm^(2),植株生长健壮,林下幼苗较多,鲜见幼树;种子虫害较重,空瘪率18.1%,种子千粒重51.80 g。在秦岭北麓国家秦岭植物园种子繁殖技术包括采种及处理贮藏,苗圃地基质准备、播种、苗期管理以及栽植技术等。Pseudotsuga sinensis is a type of evergreen tree of the genus Pseudotsuga in the Pinaceae family,and has been listed as a second-class national key protected plant in China due to the drastic decline in the number of its resources in the wild.Zhenping County is the only distribution area of Pseudotsuga sinensis in Shaanxi Province.This paper recorded the current status of the Pseudotsuga sinensis resources in Shaanxi Province,and studied the ex-situ conservation techniques of Pseudotsuga sinensis,which provideed references for the conservation of this plant resource.
