摘　　要：长序榆为榆科榆属落的叶乔木,属于国家Ⅱ级重点保护野生植物,亦为国家120种极小种群保护植物之一。该物种为中国特有,天然下种的存活率较低,全国成年树不到100株。被列入《世界自然保护联盟濒危物种红色名录》。本研究针对陕西省镇坪县仅存的8株野生濒危树种长序榆进行了调查研究,开展了采种和繁育工作,探讨了长序榆的濒危机理及迁地保育技术,为该资源的下一步深入研究提供基础资料与实践参考。Ulmus elongata is a deciduous tree of Ulmus in Ulmaceae.It belongs to the national class II key protected wild plants and is also one of the 120 species of extremely small population protected plants in China.This species is endemic to China,and the survival rate of natural species is low,with less than 100 adult trees in China.It is listed in the'IUCN Red List of Endangered Species'.In this study,the only 8 wild endangered species of Ulmuselongata in Zhenping County,Shaanxi Province,were researched regarding their seed collection and breeding.The endangered mechanism and ex-situ conservation technology of Ulmus elongata,which provided basic data and practical reference for the next in-depth study of this resource were discussed.
