摘 要:通过两步水热法合成了Ti^(3+)自掺杂TiO_(2)负载氮掺杂石墨烯量子点(Ti^(3+)-TiO_(2)@NGQDs)纳米复合光催化剂,并通过X射线衍射、透射电镜、X射线光电子能谱和紫外可见漫反射光谱对其进行了详细表征,且研究了其可见光降解双酚A溶液的性能。结果表明,在可见光照射30 min时,Ti^(3+)-TiO_(2)@NGQDs复合光催化剂对双酚A的降解率高达91.9%,其降解双酚A的表观速率常数(k)分别是纯TiO_(2)和Ti^(3+)-TiO_(2)的约33.6倍和6.4倍,这归因于其具有更强的可见光吸收和更快的光诱导电荷传输和分离的协同作用。捕获实验结果表明h+和·OH是Ti^(3+)-TiO_(2)@NGQDs纳米复合光催化剂降解双酚A的过程中的主要活性物质。此外,重复使用性测试结果表明Ti^(3+)-TiO_(2)@NGQDs纳米复合光催化剂具有非常高的稳定性。Ti^(3+)self-doped TiO_(2) loaded nitrogen doped graphene quantum dots(Ti^(3+)-TiO_(2)@NGQDs)nanocomposite photocatalyst was synthesized through a two-step hydrothermal method,characterized in detail by XRD,TEM,XPS,and UV vis-DRS,and its perform-ance for visible light degradation of bisphenol A solution was studied.The results indicated that the degradation rate of BPA by Ti^(3+)-TiO_(2)@NGQDs composite photocatalysts was as high as 91.9%within 30 minutes of visible light irradiation.The apparent rate constants(k)of bisphenol A degradation with Ti^(3+)-TiO_(2)@NGQDs composite was about 33.6 times that of pure TiO_(2) and 6.4 times that of Ti^(3+)-TiO_(2),which was attributed to the synergistic effect of its stronger visible light absorption and faster photo induced charge transfer and separation.The capture experiment results indicated that h+and·OH were the main ac-tive substances in the degradation of bisphenol A by Ti^(3+)-TiO_(2)@NGQDs nanocomposite photocatalyst.In addition,the reusability test results indicated that Ti^(3+)-TiO_(2)@NGQDs nanocomposite photocatalyst had very high stability.
