基于知识图谱的中国适老化产品及服务设计研究综述

摘　　要：目前国内适老化产业发展态势良好,社会需求潜力大。为探究该领域的研究热点、研究质量及研究趋势,从适老化产品及服务设计的角度对近20年文献进行可视化分析。从CNKI数据库检索2002—2022年的相关文献,运用Cite Space及VOSviewer对适老化产品及服务设计的文献年发表量、高被引文献、研究热点、研究质量进行可视化分析及解读,探索该领域目前的研究现状。根据图谱分析适老化产品及服务设计领域的研究趋势,该领域研究将更加融入服务设计中的社会共需关系中,设计成果上强调包容性设计,用户研究以整体老龄用户下的用户细分为趋势。At present,the development trend of domestic aging industry is good,and the social demand potential is large.In order to explore the research hotspots,research quality and research trends in this field,the literature of the past 20 years was visually analyzed from the perspective of the design of age-appropriate products and services.Relevant literatures from 2002 to 2022 were retrieved from CNKI database.CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to visually analyze and interpret the annual publication volume,highly cited literatures,research hotspots and research quality of age-appropriate product and service design,and explore the current research status in this field.According to the analysis of the research trends in the field of age-appropriate product and service design,the research in this field will be more integrated into the relationship of social common needs in service design.The design results emphasize inclusive design,and the user research subdivides the trend into the overall elderly users.
