复方杜仲汤联合羟氯喹对类风湿关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究复方杜仲汤联合羟氯喹对类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)的疗效。方法选取2020年7月至2022年10月我院收治的RA患者98例,随机分为对照组(羟氯喹)和观察组(羟氯喹+复方杜仲汤),每组49例。比较2组治疗后有效率、28处关节疾病活动度评分(disease activity score in 28 joints,DAS28)、类风湿因子(rheumatoid factor,RF)、C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、红细胞沉降率(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)、疾病活动度、血清干扰素调节因子(interferon regulatory factor,IRF)4水平、晨僵及平均握力等情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(91.84%vs 71.43%)(P<0.05)。两组DAS28、IRF4、RF、CRP、ESR水平、晨僵时间、关节肿胀数及关节压痛数较前均降低,且观察组较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。两组双手平均握力较前均升高,且观察组较对照组升高明显(P<0.05)。结论复方杜仲汤联合羟氯喹可有效降低RA患者疾病活动度,改善临床症状,效果显著。Objective To investigate the curative effect of compound Eucommia ulmoides decoction combined with hydroxychloroquine on rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A total of 98 RA patients admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group(hydroxychloroquine)and observation group(hydroxychloroquine+compound Eucommia ulmoides decoction),with 49 patients in each group.The effective rate,disease activity score in 28 joints(DAS28),rheumatoid factor(RF)and C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),disease activity,serum interferon regulatory factor(IRF)4 level,morning stiffness and average grip strength were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(91.84%vs 71.43%)(P<0.05).The levels of DAS28,IRF4,RF,CRP,ESR,morning stiffness time,joint swelling number and joint tenderness number in both groups were reduced,and the reduction was more significant in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05).The average hand grip strength of both groups was higher than before,and the observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Eucommia ulmoides decoction combined with hydroxychloroquine can effectively reduce disease activity and improve clinical symptoms in RA patients.
