摘　　要：非洲猪瘟(ASF)是由非洲猪瘟病毒(ASFV)引起的猪的一种高度接触性传染病,对家猪致死率可达100%,严重威胁我国及世界养猪业可持续发展,目前尚无确实安全有效的预防用疫苗。本文总结了ASFV的流行历史与态势、生物学特性与复制、感染与致病机制、与靶细胞的相互作用以及适应性免疫应答,并讨论了相关预防与控制措施,以期为我国ASFV研究和防控提供帮助。African swine fever(ASF)is a highly contagious viral disease of pigs caused by African swine fever virus(ASFV),with a mortality rate approaching 100%in domestic pigs.It poses a serious threat to the sustainable development of the pig industry in China and globally,and currently,there is no confirmed safe and effective vaccine available.This article summarizes the epidemiology and trends of ASFV,biological characteristics and replication,infection and pathogenic mechanisms,interactions with target cells,adaptive immune responses,and discusses relevant prevention and control measures,aiming to contribute to ASFV research and control in China.
