摘　　要：工业遗产的保护与利用,是当下后工业时代中存量规划与建设的热点和难点。文章以城市工业遗产再生策划出发,分别从社区化改造、城市微更新、公共空间塑造以及儿童友好社区等多元视角出发,探讨了长沙油脂厂工业遗产再生与策划的多种可能性,从而表明城市工业遗产的再生与策划是一项复杂的系统工程,需要政府、企业、社会组织和公众的共同努力。通过合理的再生与策划,可以让工业遗产在现代城市中焕发出新的活力,成为城市文化的重要组成部分。同时,也可以为城市的发展带来新的机遇和动力。The protection and utilization of industrial heritage is a hot and difficult topic in China's stock planning and construction in the current post-industrial era.Starting from the perspectives of community transformation,urban micro renewal,public space shaping,aging population society,and child friendly communities,this article explores various possibilities for the regeneration and planning of industrial heritage in Changsha oil and fat factory.It shows that the regeneration and planning of urban industrial heritage is a complex systematic project that requires the joint efforts of the government,enterprises,social organizations,and the public.Through reasonable regeneration and planning,industrial heritage can be revitalized in modern cities and become an important component of urban culture.At the same time,it can also bring new opportunities and impetus to the development of cities.
