“五效融合”下的红色文化景观绩效评价体系构建及实证研究——以湖北省典型红色文化景观为例

摘　　要：红色文化景观是发扬革命精神、弘扬历史文化的一种重要景观形式,具有独特的精神内涵和教育价值。为此,以湖北省的红色文化景观项目为调研对象,“五效融合”为核心理念,通过德尔菲法、层次分析法从研、创、境、产、社五层效益构建包含准则层、一级指标层和二级指标层的红色文化景观绩效评价体系。以此为依据评价调研区域内6个典型红色文化景观绩效,明确各自的强弱指标并总结提炼个性特质评价的规律,提出合理的改进策略。Red cultural landscapes serve as a vital mechanism for propagating revolutionary ethos and promoting historical and cultural heritage.These landscapes are essential material mediums through which contemporary youth can access historical knowledge,embodying distinctive spiritual significance and pedagogical value.Focusing on the red cultural landscape projects in Hubei Province and adopting the"five performance integration"as the guiding principle,this study utilizes methodologies such as the Delphi technique and the Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP).A comprehensive performance evaluation framework for red cultural landscapes is constructed,including a criterion layer,a primary index layer,and a secondary index layer.This framework is applied to assess the performance of six exemplary red cultural landscapes within the surveyed region,pinpointing specific strengths and weaknesses and distilling patterns in characteristic evaluations to formulate tailored improvement strategies.
