摘　　要：针对自然资源统一确权登记工作流程烦琐、内容复杂、涉及资料多、成果质量要求高等问题,本文以大熊猫国家公园甘肃片区自然资源统一确权登记为例,阐述了自然资源统一确权登记前期准备,自然资源调查,数据入库、审核,登记及成果应用4个阶段的主要工作内容,重点探索了在登记单元界线划定、权属状况核实、公共管制状况调查等工作中遇到的难点问题及解决方案,为今后自然资源统一确权工作积累了更多的经验和方法。For the problems of cumbersome process,complex contents,huge amount of data involved and high requirements in unified registration and establishing of natural resources rights,the main works involved in preliminary preparation,natural resources investigation,data input,examination,registration and application of products are introduced in this paper by taking Gansu Area of Giant Panda National Park as an example.The solutions to the difficulties encountered in demarcation of registration units,veri fication of ownership status and investigation of public control status are mainly discussed,and more useful experiences and methods can be provided for the future works of rights establishing of natural resources.
