摘 要:模拟水中环境将小球藻、四尾栅藻、斜生栅藻三种藻类两两混合组成三种复合藻,研究其协同吸附降解双酚A的能力。研究结果表明:当双酚A浓度大于3 mg/L时,对藻的数量、形态、结构及分裂产生一定的影响,并且随双酚A浓度增大而愈加明显。在光照的条件下、双酚A初始浓度为3 mg/L、pH值为7、复合藻扩培比为20:150,小球藻-四尾栅藻复合藻吸附降解效果最佳,吸附降解达64.5%。In this experiment,Chlorella vulgaris,Chlorella tetragonolobata and Chlorella obliqua were paired together in the simulated water environment to form three compos ite algae,and their ability of synergistic adsorption and degradation of Bisphenol A(simply as BPA)was investigated.The results showed that when the concentration of BPA was greater than 3 mg/L,it had certain effects on the quantity,morphology,structure,and division of algae,and the impacts became more obvious with the increase of BPA concentration.Under the condition of light exposure,the initial concentration of BPA was 3 mg/L,the pH value being 7,the ratio of expansion culture of the composite algae being 20:150,and the Chlorella-Scenedesmus quadricauda composite algae exhibited the best adsorption and degradation effect,reaching 64.5%.
