摘　　要：单硝酸异山梨酯主要用于冠心病、心绞痛等的治疗,需长期用药。普通制剂服用频繁,容易造成漏服,从而引起血药浓度波动,故临床上多用缓释制剂。其缓释制剂主要有缓释片(凝胶骨架、渗透泵片、微丸缓释片等)、缓释微丸胶囊、微囊等。由于该药有良好的市场前景,其缓释制剂日益受到广泛的关注。现对单硝酸异山梨酯缓释制剂的研究进展进行综述。Isosorbide mononitrate was mainly used in the treatment of coronary heart disease and anginapectoris,which required long-term medication.Common preparations,taken frequently,easy to cause leakage,resulting in fluctuations in blood concentration,so clinical used sustained release preparations.Its sustained-release preparations mainly included sustained-release tablets(gel skeleton,osmotic pump tablets,pellets sustained release tablets,etc),sustained release pellets capsules,microcapsules,etc.Due to the good market prospect of this drug,its sustained-release preparations have been paid more and more attention.This article reviewed there search progress of isosorbide mononitrate sustained release preparations.
