摘  要:本研究旨在分析中药麻黄和麻黄根的差异成分,以期发现麻黄和麻黄根功效相反的关联原因。通过超声提取法制备12种麻黄和麻黄根提取物,应用UPLC-Q/TOF对其化学成分进行检测,应用β2-AR双荧光素酶报告基因系统对相反功效进行研究,应用主成分分析法对差异成分进行分析。研究发现麻黄和麻黄根所含化学成分种类及其共有成分的含量均有较明显差别,这是其功效相反的主要原因。同时,这个快速且系统的方法对麻黄和麻黄根药材质控的标准化有着非常重要的作用,或许会成为建立其他中药材甚至食品关联活性质控的一个强有力的方法工具。The purpose of this study was to analyze the different components of ephedra herb(EH)and ephedra root(ER)in order to find the reason for their opposite effects.The researchers prepared 12 kinds of EH and ER extracts by ultrasonic extraction method,used UPLC-Q/TOF to detect their chemical compositions,used β2-AR double luciferin reporter gene system to study their opposite effects,and used principal component analysis to analyze the different compositions of EH and ER.This study found that the chemical compaosition and the content of common components of EH and ER were significantly different,which was the main reason for the opposite effect.At the same time,this rapid and systematic method plays a very important role in the standardization of quality control of ephedra herb and ephedra root.It may become a powerful methodological tool to establish the quality control of related activities of other Chinese medicinal materials and even food.
