探究升膜蒸发器自动氨洗系统的研究与应用

摘  要:己二酸广泛应用于医药、合成工业、化工生产等领域,是生产工程塑料、尼龙66、各类酯类产品、化妆品、黏合剂、食品及饮料的重要原材料之一。为此,国内市场对己二酸需求量较高,市场竞争较为激烈,节约生产成本成为提升市场竞争力的新策略。延长生产装置的运转周期能够有效降低生产成本,升膜蒸发器对己二酸的生产、回收有着一定的影响。为此,本文探讨通过设计改进升膜蒸发器的氨洗系统,以实现自动化的氨洗作业,有效减少机器运转中金属络合物的出现,提升换热能效,减轻蒸汽能耗。研究发现,设计改造后的升膜蒸发器自动氨洗系统,由每两个月停车氨洗48 h升级为不停车氨洗18 h,由每次清洗消耗9 t氨水到每次清洗消耗6 t氨水,氨洗作业效率提升62.5%,且减少氨洗成本支出,改造成效明显,可推广实施改造。Adipic acid is widely used in fields such as medicine,synthetic industry,and chemical production.It is one of the important raw materials for the production of engineering plastics,nylon 66,various ester products,cosmetics,adhesives,food,and beverages.Therefore,the domestic market has a high demand for adipic acid,and market competition is fierce.Saving production costs has become a new strategy to enhance market competitiveness.Extending the operating cycle of production equipment can effectively reduce production costs,and the rising film evaporator has a certain impact on the production and recovery of adipic acid.Therefore,this article explores how to design and improve the ammonia washing system of the rising film evaporator to achieve automated ammonia washing operations,effectively reduce the occurrence of metal complexes during machine operation,improve heat exchange efficiency,and reduce steam energy consumption.Research has found that the automatic ammonia washing system of the upgraded rising film evaporator has been upgraded from stopping ammonia washing for 48 hours every two months to not stopping ammonia washing for 18 hours.The consumption of 9 tons of ammonia water per cleaning has increased to 6 tons of ammonia water per cleaning.The efficiency of ammonia washing operation has been improved by 62.5%,and the cost of ammonia washing has been reduced.The transformation effect is obvious,and it can be promoted and implemented.
