摘 要:针对DES模块钻机井架直立整体运输未有具体计算方法和方案,通过对DES钻机模块从建造场地到海上安装现场的运输过程进行详细的计算分析,以确保DES模块钻机井架在运输过程中的安全性和稳定性。使用SACS程序对DES模块的三维钢架结构进行模拟,并考虑相关的技术参数和环境荷载,采用静力分析和惯性力分析,对井架、钻机及其加固节点板进行了荷载模拟和运输分析,计算过程遵循国际标准规范。通过分析,得出了井架的最大变形结果,并校核了加固节点板的结果,井架对钻台和钢丝绳的稳定性和安全性,确保了运输过程中的结构安全。结论可为类似海洋工程项目的结构设计和运输提供了重要的参考数据,确保DES模块钻机井架在运输过程中的安全性和可靠性。There is no specific calculation method and scheme for the vertical integral transportation of DES module rig,the detailed calculation and analysis of the transportation process of the DES module rig mast from the construction site to the offshore installation site is carried out to ensure the safety and stability of the DES module rig mast in the transportation process.The SACS program is used to simulate the threedimensional steel structure of the DES module,and the relevant technical parameters and environmental loads are considered.The static analysis and inertial force analysis are used to simulate the load and transportation analysis of the mast,the rig and its reinforcement node plate.The calculation process follows the international standard specification.Through analysis,the maximum deformation results of the mast are obtained,and the results of the reinforcement node plate are checked.The stability and safety of the mast to the drill floor and the steel wire rope are ensured,which ensures the structural safety in the transportation process.The conclusion provides important reference data for the structural design and transportation of similar marine engineering projects,and ensures the safety and reliability of the DES module rig mast in the transportation process.
