摘 要:炼油与石油化工污水处理场废气中污染物复杂,主要为非甲烷总烃,包括苯、甲苯、二甲苯等特征污染物,并且含有硫化物、氨等恶臭气体,处理难度大。本文应用洗涤+高效过滤+催化氧化相结合的新技术成功治理了大庆某化工厂CPI装置污水处理场废气,净化气满足排放要求。该技术成功解决了污水处理场废气中恶臭气体、含盐杂质造成催化剂中毒的问题,具有能耗低、操作简便、无二次污染等特点。The pollutants in the exhaust gas of refining and petrochemical wastewater treatment plants are complex,mainly composed of non methane total hydrocarbons,including characteristic pollutants such as benzene,toluene,and xylene,and contain foul smelling gases such as sulfides and ammonia,making treatment difficult.This article applies a new technology combining washing,efficient filtration,and catalytic oxidation to successfully treat the waste gas from the CPI wastewater treatment plant of a chemical plant in Daqing,and the purified gas meets the emission requirements.This technology has successfully solved the problem of catalyst poisoning caused by foul smelling gases and salt impurities in the exhaust gas of sewage treatment plants.It has the characteristics of low energy consumption,simple operation,and no secondary pollution.
