摘 要:以聚乳酸PLA为基体、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA为增韧剂、TiO_(2)为填充剂,采用流延法制备得到PLA/EVA/TiO_(2)复合材料,通过对拉伸性能、紫外透光性能、热稳定性和化学结构的表征,研究了EVA和TiO_(2)用量对复合材料结构和性能的影响。研究结果表明,PLA/EVA质量比为85/15、TiO_(2)含量为2%时PLA/EVA/TiO_(2)复合材料的拉伸性能最佳,与PLA相比拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别提升了1.63%和952.79%。添加TiO_(2)有效改善了复合材料的紫外屏蔽性能,TiO_(2)与聚合物基体间的键合作用提升了复合材料的热稳定性,600℃时的残碳率提升了约30.29%。The PLA/EVA/TiO_(2) composites were prepared by casting method using polylactic acid(PLA)as matrix,ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA)as toughening agent and TiO_(2) as filler.The effects of the amount of EVA and TiO_(2) on the structure and properties of the composites were investigated by characterizing the tensile properties,UV transmittance,thermal stability and chemical structure.The results showed that the PLA/EVA/TiO_(2) composites with PLA/EVA mass ratio of 85/15 and TiO_(2) content of 2% had the best tensile properties.The tensile strength and elongation at break were improved by 1.63% and 952.79%,respectively,compared with PLA.The addition of TiO_(2) effectively improved the UV shielding performance of the composites,and the bonding between TiO_(2) and the polymer matrix enhanced the thermal stability of the composites,and the residual carbon rate at 600℃ increased by about 30.29%.
