摘  要:本文深入探讨了矿井浅部第四系松散层下开采的水害防治问题,为提高开采上限、判断封闭不良的钻孔是否需要启封以及确保安全生产提供了科学且可靠的依据。通过实证研究观测,验证了井下施工仰上孔作为探测导水裂缝带的有效性。特别是双端堵水观测技术,在实践中展现出高精度、简便有效、重复性好以及显著的技术经济效益。这一技术的引入,不仅丰富了该地质条件下导水裂缝带的观测方法,更为安全生产提供了新的技术保障,标志着在矿井水害防治领域迈出了重要的一步。This article delves into the prevention and control of water hazards in shallow mining under the Quaternary loose layer,providing a scientific and reliable basis for increasing the mining limit,determining whether poorly sealed boreholes need to be unsealed,and ensuring safe production.Through empirical research and observation,the effectiveness of using upward boreholes in underground construction as a means of detecting water conducting fracture zones has been verified.Especially the dual end water blocking observation technology has demonstrated high accuracy,simplicity,effectiveness,good repeatability,and significant technical and economic benefits in practice.The introduction of this technology not only enriches the observation methods of water conducting fracture zones under geological conditions,but also provides new technical guarantees for safety production,marking an important step forward in the field of mine water hazard prevention and control.
