摘  要:为掌握石墨烯复合橡胶改性沥青的技术特性,在总结复合改性材料组成、生产工艺及质量控制要点的基础上,选取实体工程连续进场的68车沥青成品检测数据样本,通过统计与对比石墨烯复合橡胶改性沥青、SBS改性沥青的技术性能、指标波动规律及技术特性,经综合分析表明:石墨烯复合橡胶改性沥青呈现出黏度大、施工温度高、抗老化及综合性能显著等特性;施工时,应尽量避免长时间在180℃以上运输及储存,到场后最佳施工时间不易超过24h,以供类似工程参考。In order to master the technical characteristics of graphene composite rubber modified asphalt,on the basis of summarizing the composition of composite modified materials,production process and quality control points,68 vehicles of asphalt finished product test data samples were selected from the continuous mobilization of physical engineering.Through statistics and comparison of the technical performance,index fluctuation law and technical characteristics of graphene composite rubber modified asphalt and SBS modified asphalt,the comprehensive analysis shows that graphene composite rubber modified asphalt presents the characteristics of high viscosity,high construction temperature,aging resistance and significant comprehensive performance.During construction,it is advisable to avoid transportation and storage at temperatures above 180℃for extended periods of time.The optimal construction time upon arrival should not exceed 24 hours,as a reference for similar projects.
