摘 要:超前施工的混凝土核心筒结构需承受动臂塔机等外部载荷,确保施工期核心筒结构安全至关重要。本文以宁波某超高层建筑为案例,针对超薄核心筒施工期面临的动臂塔机附着受力难题,从核心筒精细化受力分析、优化动臂塔机附着、施工期安全监测等角度出发,提出了一种基于销轴连接的动臂塔机内支撑系统以降低核心筒墙体受力,通过精细化有限元手段计算施工期核心筒受力状态并提出适宜的结构加固方案,以及针对施工期核心筒结构及塔机支撑关键部位提出安全受力监测方案。实践表明,本文提出的超薄核心筒实施方案可行,确保施工期结构安全,可以为相关工程提供技术参考。The concrete core tube structure in advance construction needs to bear external loads such as boom tower crane,so it is very important to ensure the safety of the core tube structure during construction.Taking a super high-rise building in Ningbo as an example,aiming at the problem of attachment force of tower crane during the construction period of ultra-thin core barrel,this paper proposes an internal support system of boom tower crane based on pin connection to reduce the stress on the wall of the core barrel from the perspectives of fine stress analysis of the core barrel,optimization of boom tower attachment and safety monitoring during the construction period.Through the refined finite element method,the stress state of the core cylinder during the construction period is calculated and the appropriate structural reinforcement scheme is proposed,and the safety stress monitoring scheme is proposed for the core cylinder structure and the key supporting parts of the tower crane during the construction period.The practice shows that the implementation scheme of ultra-thin core tube proposed in this paper is feasible and can ensure the structural safety during the construction period,and can provide technical reference for related projects.
