摘  要:目的 研究不同厚度低密度聚乙烯膜与高密度聚乙烯膜的氧气透过量和水蒸气透过量的变化情况,分析膜厚度对氧气透过量和水蒸气透过量的影响,为药品包装及食品包装在厚度、材质选择方面提供依据和指导。方法 分别采用压差法和红外法对不同厚度的聚乙烯膜进行氧气透过量和水蒸气透过量的测试。结论 氧气透过量随聚乙烯薄膜的增加而降低,水蒸气透过量随聚乙烯薄膜的增加而降低。相同厚度的膜,高密度聚乙烯膜的氧气透过量和水蒸气透过量均低于低密度聚乙烯膜。不同厚度不同材质的聚乙烯膜氧气透过量和水蒸气透过量不同。Objective To study the changes of oxygen and water vapor transmittance of low density polyethylene film and high density polyethylene film with different thickness,analyze the effect of film thickness on oxygen transmittance and water vapor transmittance,and provide basis and guidance for the selection of thickness and material of pharmaceutical packaging and food packaging.Methods The oxygen permeability and water vapor permeability of polyethylene film with different thickness were measured by pressure difference method and infrared method respectively.Conclusion The oxygen permeability decreases with the increase of polyethylene film,and the water vapor permeability decreases with the increase of polyethylene film.With the same thickness,the oxygen and water vapor permeability of high-density polyethylene film are lower than that of low-density polyethylene film.The oxygen permeability and water vapor permeability of polyethylene film with different thickness and material are different.
