摘  要:电磁线圈作为车用电磁执行器、各种电动机的基础零件,匝间或层间耐压指标的稳定性直接影响电磁执行器和电动机产品的运行可靠性。匝间或层间耐压测试有多种方法,影响因素也很复杂。选取了典型结构的线圈产品,用不同测试方法对不同测试环境条件的试验结果进行比较,确定了生产线中检测效率高、缺陷发现准确的测试方法,显著提高了产品质量。As the basic component of automotive electromagnetic actuators and various motors,the stability of the inter turn or inter layer voltage resistance index in the quality indicators of electromagnetic coils directly affects the operational reliability of electromagnetic actuator products.There are multiple methods for inter turn withstand voltage testing,and the influencing factors are also very complex.It selected typical coil products and compared the test results with different testing methods and environmental conditions to determine the detection method with high efficiency and accurate defect detection in the production line,significantly improving product quality.
