摘 要:针对某国六重型柴油机,建立了进气系统部分模型,仿真计算柴油机废气再循环(EGR)率均匀性。根据前期仿真计算的评估结果发现,采用废气与新鲜空气(进气)提前混合对EGR混合均匀性有益。结合台架试验,从万有特性中选出低负荷、高EGR率和高负荷、低EGR率2个典型工况,进行各缸EGR率测试。试验结果表明,提前将废气和进气混合后各缸EGR率均匀性有明显改善,和仿真结果基本一致。It focuses on a China 6heavy-duty diesel engine,establishing a half model of the intake system to simulate and calculate the uniformity of exhaust gas recirculation(EGR)rate.Based on the evaluation results of previous simulation calculations,advancing the mixing of exhaust gas and fresh air has benefits for EGR mixing uniformity.Combining with the bench test,two typical operating conditions were selected from the universal characteristic,including low load,high EGR rate and high load,low EGR rate to test EGR rate of each cylinder.The test results show that advancing the mixing of exhaust gas and fresh air significantly improves the uniformity of EGR rate for each cylinder,which is consistent with the simulation results.
