摘 要:石油树脂是以石油化工过程中的特定馏分聚合而成的有机聚合物,是高分子材料开发和性能改进的重要原料,通常因其色度深、气味重、耐温耐候性差等问题致使应用场景受限。石油树脂加氢改性可优化各项物化性能,推动其在高附加值产品行业领域中应用,实现高档氢化石油树脂的高效生产已成为当下的研究焦点。本文总结了石油树脂的特性与分类,阐述了各类加氢工艺技术特点,全面分析了石油树脂加氢机理及催化剂与载体改性机理,提出提高催化剂性能的可能途径和方向。Petroleum resins,synthesized from specific fractions in petrochemical processes,are organic polymers essential for the development and enhancement of high molecular materials.Their applications are often limited by issues such as deep coloration,strong odor,and poor resistance to temperature and weathering.The hydrogenation modification of petroleum resins has been identified as a key method for optimizing their physicochemical properties,facilitating their usage in industries that produce high-value products,which has placed the efficient production of high-grade hydrogenated petroleum resins at the forefront of current research.This review summarizes the characteristics and classification of petroleum resins,describes the features of various hydrogenation process technologies,provides a comprehensive analysis of the mechanisms of hydrogenation of petroleum resins and the modification mechanisms of catalysts and carriers.Finally,it suggests possible approaches and directions for improving catalyst performance.
