摘  要:本文研制了一款高可靠气密封Ka波段七通道接收组件,该组件具有超小阵元间距、低噪声、高增益等特点,组件内部集成有低噪声放大、数控衰减、数控移相及串并转换等多种功能。为保证组件气密封及内部气氛和微小颗粒物在较优范围,通过在模块间采用小体积SSMP和微距型气密封对插结构,将组件分隔为4个独立模块。测试结果显示,在Ka波段,组件噪声系数小于3 dB,单通道增益大于60 dB,对K波段带外抑制大于40 dBc,通道间基准相位差小于20°。该组件可以应用于具有高可靠性需求的星载环境中。A highly reliable gas sealed Ka band seven channel receiver module has been developed,which has the characteristics of ul-tra small array element spacing,low noise,and high gain.The module integrates multiple functions such as low noise amplification,numerical control attenuation,numerical control phase shifting,and serial parallel conversion.In order to ensure that the air seal of the module and the internal atmosphere and micro particles are within an optimal range,the module is divided into four independent mod-ules by using a small volume SSMP and a micro distance type air seal interposed structure between the modules.The test results show that in the Ka band,the noise figure of the module is less than 3 dB,the single channel gain is greater than 60 dB,the out-of-band suppression for the K band is greater than 40 dBc,and the reference phase difference between channels is less than 20°.This module can be applied to spaceborne environments with high reliability requirements.
