摘  要:正常运行中的变电站零序电流互感器二次回路因无电流产生,无法对运行中零序电流二次回路的完整性进行有效检测。当零序电流互感器二次回路存在开路或回路分流故障时,可能导致保护拒动和电网越级事故的发生。为带电检测零序电流互感器二次回路的完整性,研发了一种新的带电检测装置,该装置在二次回路一侧绑缚铁芯线圈以施加高频激励信号,在另一侧采集并分析该信号响应电流,用于诊断零序电流互感器二次回路开路和多点接地故障,判断互感器极性的一致性情况,实时显示并发出预警,有效提高了配网运维效率。Due to the lack of current generation in the secondary circuit of zero sequence current transformers in normal operation of substations,it is impossible to effectively detect the integrity of the secondary circuit of zero sequence current during operation.When the secondary circuit of the zero sequence current transformer is open or there is a fault in the circuit shunt,it may lead to protection failure and power grid overstepping accidents.A new live detection device has been developed to detect the integrity of the secondary circuit of a zero sequence current transformer.The device applies a high-frequency excitation signal by binding an iron core coil on one side of the secondary circuit,collects and analyzes the response current of the signal on the other side,diagnoses the open circuit and multi-point grounding faults of the secondary circuit of the zero sequence current transformer,judges the polarity consistency of the transformer,displays and issues a warning in real time,effectively improving the efficiency of distribution network operation and maintenance.
