摘  要:针对多直径多高度电机转子在设计开发非标自动化打磨设备时,存在电机转子的放置和定位、外表面打磨和内边缘打磨三个主要技术难点:针对电机转子的放置,本文指出垂直放置会导致设备尺寸过大,进而导致成本过高;针对电机转子的定位,本文指出两端夹紧的方式不适用于内边缘打磨工艺,需要采用两个滚动轴带动旋转,上方使用弹性轴压紧定位;针对外表面打磨,找到了合适的打磨方法和工具,并设置了合理的使用参数;针对内边缘打磨,设计了特殊的打磨刀具,并设置了合适的打磨参数。When designing and developing non-standard automated polishing equipment for multi diameter and multi height motor ro-tors,there are three main technical difficulties:placement and positioning of the motor rotor,external surface polishing,and internal edge polishing.For the placement of the motor rotor,this article points out that vertical placement can cause the equipment size to be too large,leading to high costs.Regarding the positioning of the motor rotor,this article points out that the clamping method at both ends is not suitable for the inner edge polishing process.It requires the use of two rolling shafts to drive rotation,and an elastic shaft to press and position the upper part.A suitable polishing method and tool were found for polishing the external surface of the needle,and reasonable usage parameters were set.A special polishing tool has been designed for the inner edge polishing,and appropriate polishing parameters have been set.
